Jewelry Care

Our jewelry is designed and handcrafted to the standards of fine jewelry.

Here are some tips to extend the life of the jewelry:

  • Maintain the jewelry’s beautiful luster by avoiding contact with lotion, perfume, make-up or any harsh cleaning products.
  • Remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or washing your hands.
  • To clean or polish, use a soft, dry tissue to gently remove any debris.
  • Store your jewelry in the microfiber suede pouch included with your purchase.

Gift Cards

Send someone the gift of sparkle with a The Jewels Bazaar gift card.
Digital gift cards are sent via email with a code to be used at checkout.

  • Digital gift cards are only valid on The Jewels Bazaar.
  • Digital gift cards do not expire.
  • Digital gift cards can be sent immediately or on a specific date.

We accept all major credit cards, as well as Paypal.

What is your Shipping Policy?

Due to the high volume of orders during our sale, orders may take longer than usual to be delivered. Please allow 7-10 business days for orders to arrive.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • Orders placed Monday through Friday by 11 AM Eastern Standard Time ship the same day (excludes national holidays).
  • Orders placed Monday through Friday after 11 AM Eastern Standard Time ship the following business day (excludes national holidays).
  • You will receive an email with your tracking number once your jewelry ships. Please be advised that during sale events or national holidays shipping times may be longer.
  • We ship all products via USPS (Shipping is free, if the value of purchase is over $100), else 10% Shipping will be charged at total check-out value.
  • All shipments are done using USPS priority; if you want an alternate mode please get in touch with us at sales@thejewelsbazaar.com

Returns and Exchanges?

To return a purchase made on our website:

  1. Locate the invoice inside your package.
  2. Click here to initiate a refund. (Refund can be initiated within 14 days of your purchase)
  3. Ship the jewelry back to us using your preferred shipping provider. (Keep a record of your tracking number.)

Return Policy:

    • Jewelry must be returned within 14 days of purchase in its original packaging. Returns outside of 14 days will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
    • All returns must have the original tags attached and be unworn, with no sign of damage. We reserve the right to return any worn or damaged jewelry to the sender.
    • If your exchange requires additional payment, we will contact you for your payment details.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment less the cost of shipping. Shipping is not refundable.
    • We require proof of tracking to replace lost packages.
    • This policy excludes all sale merchandise. Sale merchandise is final sale and is not eligible for refund, exchange, or merchandise credit. We are unable to make exceptions for fit or sizing.
